We’re offering online versions of select courses which can be delivered quickly, with certifications which may lead to in-demand jobs. Financial assistance is available for those currently employed, and working at home, and for recently unemployed workers. Medical Receptionist and Patient Services

The Medical Receptionist and Patient Services program provides participants with a foundational understanding of the healthcare delivery system, the role of the Patient Services Representative (PSR), and the tools needed to be an outstanding essential front line customer-service agent in a medical office or hospital setting.
