​Course Description
Having trouble reaching your health goals? Leeward CC (OCEWD) now offers the guidance of a personal trainer who will help you every step of the way. Our program is conducted with a small class which means you'll get individualized attention, based on your ability and lifestyle. This multi-level program encompasses vital fitness components that target heart health, increased body strength, endurance, and flexibility. Simple nutritional principles, quick and easy recipes, and activities that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine, will make for a healthier new you.
Course Preparation
Attire:  Athletic wear, sneakers
Bring:  Water, towel, exercise mat and hand weights (Up to 5lbs)
Trainer will provide other essential fitness equipment
  Completion of Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
