About OCEWD

OCEWD NEW COMPLEX NOW OPEN

After years of planning and preparation we have moved to the front of Leeward Campus to better serve you. Our brand new office, classrooms, and facilities, will be closer for those who catch TheBus.
The Office of Continuing Education & Workforce Development (OCEWD) is part of Leeward Community College's educational mission to enhance quality of life and strengthen economic stability and growth by providing lifelong development and personal enrichment. OCEWD provides a variety of continuing education programs, public service, consulting services, and cultural programs. Programs support human resource and economic development, job training, and classes for small and large businesses, and aspiring entrepreneurs.

OCEWD makes it easy for you to acquire quality employment training. We have minimal course entrance requirements and our curriculum is developed for both youth and adult learners. Customizable training for businesses, organizations and educational groups is also available, along with lifelong job placement assistance for those who have completed a workforce training course.

Our office and classrooms are located on the Diamond Head end of the Leeward Community College campus (see campus map), with ample free parking. We are on the city bus line, which makes it convenient to commute from anywhere on Oahu.
